Intersec 2012

Intersec is the Middle East’s leading security and safety exhibition.

This year it will take place from January 15th to 17th, as usual at The Dubai Trade Centre.  The 13th edition hosted more than 800 exhibitors from 50 countries and welcomed 21,626 visitors from 101 countries.  Openers & Closers will be represented by its Saudi distributor, EBTCO, exhibiting on stand 735C. Intersec 2011 was 25% bigger in terms of exhibition space booked, in comparison to 2010. The exhibition was officially opened by and held under the Royal Patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The security market in the Middle East is a fast growing market with business expected to increase by 50% until 2013. With these demands in place Commercial Security represents the largest section of Intersec (441 exhibitors in 2011), showcasing manufacturers, distributors and service providers from key global players.
